Party Bag Postage and Delivery

Cost of delivery:

Cost of delivery for orders anywhere in Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland:

  • Flat €5.95 delivery charge to anywhere in the 32 counties of Ireland.
  • There is no minimum order levels.
  • All posted orders sent with track & trace codes.

Delivery turnaround:

All items in our non-Christmas menus are stocked in-house and are ready for shipping within 24 hours. We will usually ship orders the same day if received before midday.

Pony Express will normally deliver packages the next day. However, we cannot be held responsible should there be any delays on the part of Pony Express. We recommend that you allow three days for delivery to be on the safe side. You will be sent a track and trace number to be used on GLS.ie. If you don’t receive your order the next day (assuming you ordered before 12 midday), you should check this tracking number on GLS.ie.

The PartyBag.ie website will generally not allow orders of more than we have in stock. You can ‘back-order’ certain items – you should allow a week for these to come in. If you require additional supplies, please contact Brian at brian.houton@partybag.ie or 086 803 4393.

We shall not be liable for delay or failure to deliver products promptly if such failure arises due to force majeure or by reason of any delays occasioned by strikes, riots, lockouts or other labour trouble, war, fire, accident, mechanical failure, non-availability of manufactured stock or materials; delay or failure of delivery of the products to Party Bag by manufacturer’s suppliers or other persons; government action, legislation or regulation of any kind; Act of God, or any circumstances whatsoever outside our reasonable control.

If an ordered item is not in stock we will contact you to confirm a replacement or alternative delivery date.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with the goods you receive please contact customer services within five working days after receipt of goods.  We will arrange a full refund for the goods returned provided they are in a condition fit for resale.  Party Bag will not refund the costs of returning the goods and cannot accept responsibility for loss of damage to returned goods during transit. Your statutory rights are not affected.
