A recent survey of 2,000 customers by UK supermarket ASDA has found that a goody bag was the the top ‘must have’ at a children’s birthday party.
Almost half admit to spending up to €700 on their child’s party each year and more for 1st, 13th and 18th birthdays. One third felt pressure to spend more than they could afford.
